Further Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers

Development layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island included in the images.

Furthermore featured in this recent document release seems to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

The released images suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting living quarters, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the south-eastern section.

The site plan is covered in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section detailing various parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what look to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including designs for dock shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
